Admin Data Entry Clerk - Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible to support our team and serve our customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. Record Keeping: Assist in managing and organizing digital records and files. Generate reports and retrieve information as needed by the team. Collaboration Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support operational needs. Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team. Security Adhere to data confidentiality and security standards at all times. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with data management software is a plus. Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
