Risk Adjustment Auditor (Part Time and Full Time)

Bringing health to hospitals’ bottom lines. Full time Risk Adjustment QA Auditors need for year-round (not seasonal) large project! Responsibilities: • Audit/validate ICD-10-CM risk adjustment codes as applicable. • Provide audit-based feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained. • Provide education to coders for quality enhancement where applicable. • Meet or exceed quality and production standards as required. • Full Time Schedule required (40 hours/week) No part time opportunities available at this time. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding/auditing. • Minimum 3 years of QA/Auditing Educator experience to include creation and delivery of education for skill advancement of coders/auditors. • Experience with multiple risk models (CMS, ACA, etc.) required. • CPC and CRC required; additional certifications preferred. Unable to consider candidates with Apprentice credentials. • Ability to shift between guidelines per project needs. • Experience with Excel, EMRs, and Encoders. • Computer skills proficiency – MS Windows, MS Office (including Excel), Teams, Internet, etc. • High Speed Internet access. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
