Whether you’re just starting in sales or have prior experience, we are focused on finding the right person—someone who is professional, well-spoken, and great with people. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and confidently conduct Zoom calls with potential clients. You will be responsible for managing leads in our CRM, guiding prospects through our sales process, and closing deals for our digital marketing services (Cold Email, Google Ads, SEO, and Facebook Ads). Our ideal candidate is someone who is personable, articulate, and eager to learn. Sales experience is a strong advantage, but we are willing to train the right person who has excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Zoom sales calls with inbound and outbound leads • Educate potential clients on ReachGiant’s marketing services • Manage and organize leads in a CRM to maintain an efficient sales pipeline • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive conversions • Follow up with leads, answer questions, and address objections professionally • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts Qualifications: • Previous sales experience is a big advantage (especially in digital marketing, SaaS, or lead generation) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback effectively • Experience using CRMs • Motivated, organised, and results-driven • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly salary + 10% commission on the first month’s marketing fee • Remote and flexible work environment • Full training provided, with opportunities to grow within a fast-scaling marketing company How to Apply: To apply, send your resume and a 2-3 minute Loom video to [email protected] explaining why you would be a great fit for this role.
