Digital Asset Manager, Apple TV+ (Remote) Job Summary Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Digital Asset Manager role will assist in the planning and organization of rights-managed content assets primarily in the area of Video Entertainment. The role works to source, house, and track digital assets as they are used in various marketing materials. You thrive on collaborating and building productive relationships, using your emotional intelligence to determine the right way to engage partners within a highly matrixed organization. Key Qualifications • 10+ years of relevant experience organizing digital assets within a marketing, advertising, creative agency, or entertainment setting, and are mindful of DAM best practices. • Expert in a variety of entertainment asset file types: static images, video files, audio specs, subtitles, and the like. Familiarity with emerging technologies and file types. • Keen eye for detail. • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. • Adept at learning new tools. • Solid understanding of Apple products and services, especially the Apple TV (OS and hardware), Apple TV+ (service), and Apple TV app ecosystem. • Proactive contributor who can work independently, and collaboratively. • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated skills in core areas: concise and clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, innovative approach to problem-solving. • Expertise in building credibility, rapport, and productive relationships across functions in a large organization. • Self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, and comfortable navigating rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Ability to handle high-level responsibilities, with high level of accountability for outcomes. Description • Work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to source and receive assets. • Verify that all assets meet spec and design requirements. • Facilitate internal communication between teams so projects can move forward (flag delivery issues, content constraints, timing, etc.). • Assist international teammates with sourcing the appropriate localized series and film assets for marketing, where needed. • Maintain effective communication with teams to ensure information flows properly, action items are clear, and issues are escalated at the right time to the right people. • Continually seek opportunities to refine and optimize processes. • Maintain detailed documentation and trackers for all projects at Apple’s high standards.
