Email and Chat Support Specialist - LATAM based ONLY - Contract to Hire
As the holidays and peak season is coming up, we are in need to add a couple of backup email support reps to provide service to our operations for an existing campaign, we are looking for experience and proactive peers who: -Have decent grammar and can convey clear messages. -Have worked with CRM systems and ticketing systems. -High writing and reading comprehension skills in english and spanish. Able to document important details. -Open to learn and to thrive in a dynamic team. -Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes plus a 6hrs shift with a daily 30 minutes break included (paid). EST / PST timezone. -Additional bonuses and compensations added to payrate biweekly -Hospitality or hotel experience a plus We'll receive applications till Nov 10th to start either November 18th - 28th.
