Sr Financial Analyst – Financial Advisor

Positions for various levels of experience including Sr Financial Analyst and Financial Advisor. Duties for this role include but are not limited to: analysis of projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense utilizing computer modeling techniques. Provides expertise and leadership to management in analysis of major projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense utilizing computer modeling techniques. Under general supervision Essential Functions • Evaluates financial data utilizing computer modeling techniques. • Studies industry specific business trends and financial data. • Performs analyses regarding financial and/or operational performance on such issues as productivity, operational statistics, cost trends, and revenue trends. • Assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendation. • Maintains analysis models to support recommendation provided to management. • Reviews financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities to include monitoring accomplishments of plans. • Assists management in determining and defining the business impact (both operational and economic) on the operation of proposed systems, capital investments, and/or product changes. Prepares, reports on, and tracks feasibility/profitability studies related to proposed corporate programs and strategies. • Assist and provides input in the interpretation of new/changing securities rules, regulations, policies or laws; updates processes for compliance to rules and regulations as well as department procedures. • Plans and executes remediations efforts for any identified issues with minimal guidance/support from supervisor/manager. • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of personal computer applications. Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills. Minimum Education and Minimum Experience Financial Advisor Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Sr Financial Analyst Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Four (4) years experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance or related discipline required. Minimum Experience Four (4) years experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit, or Operational Analysis Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of personal computer applications. Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $12,533.14/month Additional Details: Desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, and Pittsburgh, PA however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States based on business needs.
