Overview
Pondera is looking for motivated individuals to take inbound phone calls for a variety of clients (everything from Non Profit to Fortune 500 companies). These are inbound calls, you will not be doing any Outbound or collections.
Requirements

In order to qualify, applicants must have the following: Your own computer, either a desktop or laptop that has a 2.0 Ghz processor or higher. (tablets and/or Chromebook do not qualify) A paid internet connection with a speed of 50 mbps or better A suitable place to take calls that is quiet and distraction free About Pondera Pondera is a 15 year old company that was founded on the idea that we, as human beings, want to have real conversations with people that care. We represent our clients on these calls and we need people that are passionate, interested and want to do a good job. Job Specifics Pondera handles inbound only phone calls 24/7, you can choose your schedule anywhere between 5PM EST-8AM EST, but you will need to work at least 30 hours a week. No cap on hours! This is an independent contractor position. You will have access to online training and get certified prior to taking calls. Our average independent contractor agent makes between $11-$17 per hour with no cap on your compensation. The more calls you take the more money you make! This specific position (part-time / full-time contractor agent) is designed for people living anywhere in the United States.
