The role: We're seeking talented and passionate software craftspeople to join our client's team. You'll thrive in both collaborative and independent environments, ensuring software aligns with design specifications through meticulous testing and documentation. Your expertise in modern development methodologies will be instrumental in strategically crafting the software's core. You'll analyze system-wide needs and translate them into actionable plans for individual components, ensuring a cohesive and efficient final product. What you'll need: - BS + seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in similar roles; experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for degrees. Experience with: - Analyzing user requirements to service software design and performance requirements. - Design or implement complex database or data repositories interfaces/queries. - Experience developing/implementing algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. - Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users to analyze system flow, data usage and work processes. - LINUX/UNIX and Python experience Clearance requirement: TS/SCI w/FS Poly
