Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient scheduling. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs and recruitment objectives. • Enhance our company brand to attract and engage high-caliber talent. • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of top-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and networking efforts. • Establish partnerships with companies, universities, and other talent sources to access remarkable candidates. • Collaborate with the People Operations team on various talent-related projects and initiatives. Required Skills • 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the blockchain sector. • Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in highly technical positions. • Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment tools. • Strong communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Excellent project management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines. • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment. Qualifications • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the blockchain or Web3 industries. • Experience in corporate or business talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is advantageous.
