Virtual Assistant to the CEO for East Bay High-End Residential Construction Firm... Proyecto, a rapidly growing residential construction & remodeling company in Oakland, is looking to add an adept Virtual Executive Assistant to the CEO. The position is part time. Seeking experienced EA who is exceptionally organized, can manage multiple email accounts, is adept at phone, email and excel, and self-driven. This person is a fast-learner, good communicator, a persistent follow-upper, a protocol writer, a to-do list champion, a due date tyrant and a calendar guru.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the CEO with oversight and operational responsibilities on ongoing, upcoming and closing projects. Key responsibilities include: • Schedule meetings • Take and distribute minutes • Document preparation • Scheduling and returning phone calls • File management • CEO’s email and calendar management • All administrative tasks outlined by the CEO Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years as an EA -Outstanding skills in the field of Customer Service including high-level communication, time management and dependability.
