Job Description: In this role, you will provide teletherapy services to students with speech and language disorders in a school-based setting through digital platforms. Responsibilities: • Identify children at risk for reading and writing problems • Providing intervention and documenting outcomes for reading and writing • Assuming other roles, such as aiding with general education teachers, parents, and students • Advocating for effective literacy practices; and advancing the knowledge base. • Conduct digital assessments and evaluations for students. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student progress. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions. Qualifications: • Active SLP-CCC license in Delaware. • 2+ years of experience in school-based settings. • Professional liability insurance. • Proficient in technology and able to pass a tech screening. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
