Key Responsibilities • Conduct part-time therapy sessions (8-24 hours weekly) focused primarily on client interaction (85%). • Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. • Leverage technology to provide data-driven care and modify therapeutic approaches based on client progress. • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and facilitate referrals as necessary. Required Skills • Proficient in delivering evidence-based psychotherapies and teletherapy. • Strong aptitude for integrating technology into practice for enhanced client care. • Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with fellow mental health providers. Qualifications • Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). • Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult populations (18+). • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and accurate documentation practices. • Commitment to professional ethics, policies, and procedures.
