Experienced Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service Wanted!! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package... Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities: • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries. • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. • Clarify orders as needed. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements: • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. • Previous experience in pharmacy. • LTC pharmacy experience preferred. • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Moderate to advanced computer skills required. • Great telephone etiquette a must. • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent.
