Admin needed: Can you call 14 car dealerships and get the last names of the parts coordinators?
Hi, there I need some help on Tuesday and Wednesday with a direct mail campaign... We surveyed 22 parts managers at car dealerships around the United States, but need your help.... 1.) Can you look up the phone numbers of 11 dealerships? (1 hour) 2.) Then, can you call those 11 dealerships and ask for the last names of the parts manager? (We have the first letter of their last names.) (2 hours) 3.) We also need you to call an additional contact and confirm their mailing address (10 minutes) 4.) Finally, when this is all done, I need you to hand address 23 legal-sized envelopes with neat handwriting, add the return address and then mail them back to me. (5 minutes per envelop x 23 = 2 hours) This should take you say 5-6 hours. We will reimburse you for the envelopes and the cost of mailing the envelopes, too.
