Job Description:

As an Auto Parts Delivery Driver, you will be the face of AutoZone, Inc., providing excellent service to our customers by delivering automotive parts promptly and with accuracy. You will drive a company vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols and road regulations. You will also interact with customers and staff in-store, assisting with inquiries and maintaining a positive relationship with all.

Responsibilities:

– Safely deliver auto parts to customers as needed

– Verify parts ordered are correct and in good quality

– Accept returns from customers, complete the necessary paperwork and return parts back to stores

– Maintain a detailed delivery log

– Assist with in-store customer service, inventory management, and maintain cleanliness in the store

Requirements:

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

– Ability to lift and carry heavy auto parts

– Basic knowledge of automotive parts

– Excellent customer service skills

– Good communication skills

– Ability to manage time efficiently

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:

While previous experience is beneficial, we provide extensive paid training to all our drivers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their duties.
