Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data and maintain the database integrity and accuracy.
• Retrieve data as requested and prepare reports.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
