Assistant General Counsel (Medicaid Law Expert), Healthcare Consulting - Remote EST Zone

Employer Industry: Healthcare Consulting Why consider this job opportunity... - Salary up to $160,000/year - Eligible for annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) up to 15% of annual salary - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible Time Off policy allowing employees to use what they need - Opportunity for remote work within the Eastern Standard Time zone - Supportive work environment focused on expanding access to healthcare What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Advise on and represent the employer in contract negotiations, including state/local government and commercial contracting - Provide legal guidance on healthcare requirements related to federal and state Medicaid statutes and regulations - Support marketing activities by reviewing external materials for legal compliance - Assist with all phases of Mergers & Acquisitions, including due diligence and integration - Perform related work supporting oversight and management of outside counsel engagements What is Required (Qualifications): - Law Degree from an ABA accredited institution - Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to obtain Pennsylvania Bar admission within one year - Minimum of 7 years of professional legal experience, preferably in relevant areas to employer services - Strong working knowledge of healthcare legal matters and federal/state Medicaid law - Ability to conduct legal research and effectively communicate findings How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge of M&A processes is preferred but not required - Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools - Experience in both in-house and government or firm settings #HealthcareConsulting #LegalCounsel #RemoteWork #CompetitiveSalary #HealthcareLaw At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
