Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer. Administrative Professionals and Hospatality or Customer Service background. Essential Job Requirements: Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days. Progress through the RBT Ladder. Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately. Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care. Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions. Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence. What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent Reliable transportation is required. Time management, observation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
