Description Luxury Stores at Amazon is looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Manager who will help deliver the roadmap for Clienteling and broader customer engagement initiatives for Luxury Stores, working with our dedicated Customer Service team, tech team and product team. The right candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from the ground up. You are innovative... creative and excited about implementing acquisition and engagement initiatives in the luxury fashion and beauty space. As the Senior Product Manager for Clienteling, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our clienteling workstreams (e.g., personalized engagement features, premium services, and loyalty program to drive VIP engagement and retention). Clienteling refers to the practice of building personalized relationships with customers, leveraging data and technology to provide a highly tailored experience. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that enable our retail sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth. Key job responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, their needs, and pain points related to clienteling workstreams • Collaborate with operation team, business intelligence team, business stakeholders, UX designers, engineers, to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the clienteling • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment • Communicate the product roadmap and key milestones to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences. • Establish the mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success • Measure and analyze existing offering for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers • Identify new opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in offering an end-to-end luxury experience Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience with end to end product delivery • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience as a product manager or owner • Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders • Master's degree or equivalent Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
