About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer operations team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Answering incoming calls from customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will respond to a wide range of requests, including inquiries about installation, disconnection, service changes, and product or service information.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending arenaflex products and services that best meet those needs. You’ll use consultative selling techniques to match customer requirements with the right solutions, driving both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Collections and Account Management: Contacting customers via phone or written correspondence regarding past-due payments. You will handle sensitive financial discussions with tact and professionalism, working to resolve outstanding balances while preserving positive customer relationships.
  • Issue Resolution and Dispute Management: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. You will use available resources, systems, and tools to deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Order Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of service orders and making necessary corrections or changes as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Flexible Availability: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. Flexibility is essential to meet our customers’ needs and maintain operational excellence.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, policies, and systems through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Work Location Requirement: Must live within 75 miles of the assigned reporting location for the duration of employment. Occasional in-person attendance may be required for team huddles, trainings, and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Associate Degree or two or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Prior customer service call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous collections experience with demonstrated success in resolving past-due accounts.
  • Experience with selling products and services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely with demonstrated self-discipline and time management skills.
