Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship as a Client Services Manager, becoming a trusted advisor on business growth and marketing strategy
- Act as the Digital Strategy Manager to translate client goals into deliverable briefs across Paid Media, Web, and SEO
- Lead structured client meetings with the authority and precision expected of a Senior Account Manager
- Work as a Performance Marketing Strategist to deliver reporting that explains the 'why' behind the data
- Manage scope, budgets, and timelines with the precision of an experienced Agency Account Manager
Skills
- 5-10 years in Client Services or Account Management within a reputable South African or International marketing agency
- 3+ years of hands-on project coordination and high-level brief writing
- Expert in funnel metrics and digital marketing consultancy
- Experience in education, local services, or UK-based accounts
- Experience in the UK Childcare Market (term-time demand and parent psychology)
