As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you will be the voice of arenaflex, working closely with team members and collaborating across departments to provide an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
As a foundational member of our customer service team, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly and our customers feeling valued. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Provide a comprehensive range of routine customer service and support to agents and carriers over the phone, through email, or via live chat. Service both new and existing accounts in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Positive First Impressions: Answer incoming phone calls with a positive, service-oriented attitude, ensuring every caller feels heard, respected, and valued from the very first moment of contact.

- Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a continual working knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, promotions, and processes so you can provide accurate, up-to-date information to every inquiry.
- Accurate Issue Resolution: Deliver service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issues efficiently on the first contact whenever possible.
- Research and Communication: Research, resolve, and communicate information back to the customer in a clear, educated, and friendly manner, ensuring they fully understand the outcome.
- Escalation Management: Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Documentation and Data Entry: Complete a variety of forms and documents based on established guidelines, and document all customer information, communications, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Policy Processing: Review and process applications, binders, and other documents required for policy issuance. Process policy endorsements, send time-sensitive policy documents, and handle various agent and carrier requests with precision.
- Process Improvement: Assist with creating and updating various processes to improve efficiency and service quality across the department.
- File Organization: Organize policy files for proper documentation management, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and across departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
- Internal and External Service: Provide excellent customer service both internally to colleagues and externally to agents, carriers, and policyholders.

Shift Requirements: This is a full-time remote position with shift hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. A quiet, professional home office setup and reliable internet connection are essential.
