Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative – Medicare Operations, Contracting & Producer Certification Specialist to join our dynamic Health Care Benefits (HCB) Operations team. This is an exceptional opportunity for bilingual professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service while playing a critical role in the Medicare ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between arenaflex and the external producers and agents who help bring Medicare plans to millions of Americans.

Your primary responsibilities will include accurate data entry, processing Medicare contracts, scheduling appointments, and verifying certifications to ensure that external producers and agents are fully eligible and authorized to market Medicare plans on behalf of arenaflex. You may also support the background check review and documentation process, ensuring compliance and integrity across all operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Medicare Contract Processing: Accurately enter, review, and process Medicare contracts in accordance with established guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Producer Certification Verification: Verify the eligibility and certification status of external producers and agents to ensure they meet all requirements to market Medicare plans.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments between producers, agents, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing compliance.
  • Bilingual Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service in both English and a second language, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and clear communication.
  • Background Check Support: Assist in reviewing background check documentation and supplemental materials to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all data entered into company systems is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Interact with producers, agents, and internal partners in a way that reflects arenaflex’s commitment to heart-centered service, especially when addressing questions or concerns.
  • Transaction Management: Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in contracts, certifications, or documentation promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational goals, share insights, and continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience working in a production-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a transaction-based setting such as a call center or retail environment.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate compassion in every interaction.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in health care, insurance, or Medicare-related operations.
  • Familiarity with contract processing, certification verification, or regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Experience supporting background check or onboarding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
  • Comfort working with various software systems, databases, and digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and a second language.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
