Position Overview – Work‑From‑Home Customer Service & Sales Representative

As a Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse client base. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve technical and billing inquiries, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products and services.
