Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly, adhering to arenaxflex’s service level agreements and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in accordance with established company guidelines and escalation procedures.
  • Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously (CRM, ticketing system, knowledge base, etc.) while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document each interaction thoroughly, ensuring that all relevant details are captured for future reference and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors via chat, email, and virtual meetings to share best practices and resolve complex cases.
  • Identify recurring trends or pain points and communicate insights to the quality assurance and training teams for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable desktop or laptop computer running Windows 11 or newer (Chromebooks and MacBooks are not supported for this role).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Self‑motivation and the discipline to work independently from a home office while meeting performance targets.
  • Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑service setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
