Position Overview

We are hiring full-time, entry-level Data Entry Specialists to support a variety of operational and administrative functions for our enterprise retail clients. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexible scheduling options and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and performance. No prior data entry experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one.

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical business information across multiple digital platforms. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations, customer records, product catalogs, and internal reporting systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter information from source documents into designated computer systems, databases, and digital platforms with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Database Maintenance: Regularly update, edit, and maintain electronic records to ensure all information remains current, complete, and correctly formatted.
  • Quality Verification: Review entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
  • Report Generation: Assist in compiling, generating, and distributing routine and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients as required.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients via email, instant messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 35–40 words per minute with a high accuracy rate.
