[Remote] Account Manager - Amazon
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Karo Solutions is hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling global eCommerce company that empowers brands to grow on Amazon. The Amazon Account Manager will manage daily operations, pricing updates, account health, and growth strategies for a portfolio of 4-5 brands, collaborating with various teams to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Fully manage assigned Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts
- Run daily health checks: pricing, stock, suppressions, and compliance
- Build and execute growth strategies across listings, SEO, and ads
- Coordinate with PPC, creative, and operations teams to deliver measurable results
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for clients
- Communicate directly with clients — own the relationship end-to-end
- Spot issues early and act fast (you’ll have full control to fix, test, and optimize)
Skills
- 2–4 years of Amazon account management experience
- Hands-on with Seller Central / Vendor Central, listing creation, and A+ content
- Comfortable reading KPIs like ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and turning insights into action
- Solid grasp of Amazon SEO and ad optimization
- Strong communication and ownership mindset — you like being trusted to make decisions
- Fluent in English (EU languages a plus)
