[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking a Program Manager to coordinate scheduling processes within the Healthcare Solution Consulting Team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and enhancing customer engagement in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming scheduling requests by reviewing Salesforce records, validating qualification details, and prioritizing activities based on urgency and business impact
- Coordinate availability across Solution Consulting teams using scheduling tools to propose optimal meeting times and resource allocations
- Communicate scheduling options to Account Executives, track responses, and confirm finalized engagements with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect confirmed bookings, release unused capacity, and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Enforce data quality standards by requiring complete and accurate information in Salesforce before proceeding with scheduling requests
- Navigate competing priorities by applying business judgment, managing conflicts, and escalating when necessary to sales leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and contribute to improving scheduling processes and operational effectiveness

- Proven ability to make decisions independently while adhering to defined processes and guidelines
- Effective communication skills with the confidence to push back and enforce requirements when needed
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems, including scheduling platforms and CRM environments such as Salesforce
- High level of accountability, responsiveness, and sense of urgency in managing time-sensitive requests
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience working closely with sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing teams in a coordination or operations capacity
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools in a sales-driven environment
- Background in roles requiring stakeholder management across diverse personalities and functions
- Prior experience in scheduling, resource management, or sales support role with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to improve or redesign operational processes for greater efficiency
- Exposure to environments with high request volume and tight turnaround expectations
