Position Summary
arenaflex is currently hiring a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist – Travel Experiences & Client Journey Concierge to join our growing client services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers who are planning, booking, and enjoying their adventures with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly, accurate, and timely assistance across phone, email, live chat, and social messaging platforms.
- Guide clients through the booking process, helping them select accommodations, transportation, excursions, and add-ons that align with their interests, budget, and travel style.
- Resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism, including itinerary changes, cancellations, payment questions, and unexpected travel disruptions.
- Offer thoughtful, well-researched recommendations to enhance each customer's adventure, from hidden-gem restaurants to off-the-beaten-path attractions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, sales, and supplier partners to coordinate and fulfill client requests quickly and seamlessly.

Essential Qualifications
