[Remote] Marketing Operations Coordinator

IRL is a fast-growing field & experiential marketing and product sampling agency that helps consumer brands get products into the hands of real consumers. They are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of brand sampling campaigns across the country.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting Brand Ambassadors nationwide
- Posting jobs and reviewing applications
- Scheduling and assigning staff to events and demos
- Following up with applicants and confirming shifts
- Managing campaign calendars and staffing trackers
- Monitoring check-ins, photos, and campaign reporting
- Following up with Brand Ambassadors for missing deliverables
- Processing weekly payroll and contractor payments
- Communicating with warehouses and fulfillment partners
- Sending campaign instructions and training materials
- Assisting with client recap reports
- General administrative and operational support
Skills
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate professionally and confidently
- Are comfortable following up with people repeatedly when needed
- Enjoy solving problems and keeping things on track
- Have experience with staffing, recruiting, events, marketing, customer service, or project coordination
- Are comfortable learning new software and systems
