This role offers a clear path from producer to agency owner, with operational support, training, and a commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Own and build an agency within the life insurance industry
• Utilize the provided operational and lead systems to generate business
• Obtain and maintain an active life insurance license
• Produce personal sales to establish a foundation for agency ownership
• Participate in mentorship programs to develop agency-building skills

• An active life insurance license is required
• You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
• You produce without needing to be managed
