As a Strategic Growth Consultant, you will partner with business owners to identify growth opportunities and develop customer acquisition strategies while leveraging Cappio's resources to maximize client success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a book of business by leveraging Cappio-provided leads, your existing network, referral relationships, and outbound prospecting efforts
  • Prospect and engage business owners through a combination of cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Actively work on qualified opportunities provided through the Cappio CRM while developing your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Present Cappio's platform and demonstrate how marketing insights can improve business performance
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships that generate long-term recurring revenue
  • Generate new business through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals

Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or growth consulting
  • Experience developing or executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer relationship management best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare, legal services, home services, or similar local-service industries
  • Existing business relationships and referral networks
