As an Executive Recruiter, you will support client outcomes by building relationships with senior business leaders and executing talent acquisition strategies, ensuring effective project delivery and continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain trusted partner relationships and onsite engagement with business leaders (e.g Divisional / Regional Leaders)/ and TA and HR leaders
  • Lead significant client specified projects/ activities that deliver both the clients desired outcomes and the strategic account plan. These might include; process mapping, Hiring Manager capability programmes, assessment centre facilitation, demand planning & forecasting, DEI programmes
  • Deliver a communications program to stakeholder communities, anticipated to include quarterly insight-led reviews, sharing market and service insights to influence talent strategy and operational decision making
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand the demand plan, communicating data led insights and supporting the clients demand planning. Highlighting any misalignment to live hiring requirements
  • Ensuring the fulfilment of the demand plan for their assigned business units, giving regular updates on progress of delivery and any factors that are influencing our delivery of the service
  • Conduct activities that contribute to projects supporting the continuous improvement of talent acquisition services. including managing a two-way communication channel in relation to technology/AMS service improvements & upgrades
  • Oversight of 1st line escalations, acting as a conduit between the client and operational delivery teams
  • Identify and flag business development opportunities / opportunities to enhance scope of service to the Senior Manager - TABP / Client Partnering Director

Skills

  • Demonstrate experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with exposure to pharmaceutical and life sciences environments
  • Proven experience working toward and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Demonstrable ability to proactively manage talent pipelines for roles with a complex hiring process or intricate reward structure or exec-level hiring managers
  • Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and attract niche talent across multiple sourcing channels
  • Source talent effectively using LinkedIn Recruiter, engaging and building pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Demonstrated ability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction
  • Strong proficiency using recruitment technology, databases, and digital sourcing tools
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships – able to have challenging conversations, manage expectations and be a trusted advisor who excels at consistently delighting clients through their expertise and exceptional delivery
  • Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies and proactive search assignments to meet client requirements. Experience of managing senior-level candidates through the recruitment process to start date
  • Proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix organization
  • Experience of using recruitment technology and databases with expertise working with Workday
  • Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP, data management techniques or similar local legislative requirements)
