Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Update customer information in the system accurately after each interaction. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve processes and customer experiences. Stay updated on new product information, company policies, and procedures.
