Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join our growing Claims Coordination team. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Claims Data Entry: Accurately inputting claims information into our proprietary claims management systems, ensuring that all data is captured correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Proactively following up on missing or incomplete information required to process claims, communicating professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather the necessary documentation.
  • Invoice Review: Carefully reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards before processing.
  • Report Compilation: Compiling detailed reports from multiple systems containing claims information, presenting data in a clear and organized format for review by management and other departments.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, claimants, and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Basic Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of this background check.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions may be granted based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill set.
  • Proof of work authorization will be required.

Required Experience and Education

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service, administrative, or data entry role.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
  • Typing Skills: Solid typing skills with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy.
