[Remote] Social Media/Community Manager - Emerging Beverage Brand

The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and fostering community engagement primarily on Instagram and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the brand's social media presence across Instagram and TikTok
- Create engaging, platform-native content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences
- Develop content concepts, hooks, and creative ideas that drive engagement, reach, and community growth
- Film, edit, and publish short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok videos
- Monitor social trends, viral content, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for the brand
- Lead community management efforts by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with followers in an authentic brand voice
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Track content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Help maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, either for a brand, agency, or personal creator platform
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with social content creation tools and mobile editing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends and create content that captures attention quickly
- Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of community engagement best practices
- Passion for social media, internet culture, and consumer behavior
