Position Overview

As a Technician, Data Preparation I at arenaflex, you will perform scheduled and modified administrative duties in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clerical and data entry tasks, including copying, compiling records, filing, organizing, posting data, and distributing mail. This role requires a solid understanding of departmental policies and procedures, along with a general awareness of how adjacent departments operate. You will be entrusted with maintaining accurate records, preparing forms, verifying information, and resolving routine issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review workflow reports to ensure all required documentation is available before processing.
  • Request missing documentation from appropriate sources on a case-by-case basis.
  • Scan, image, and list reports using digital document management systems.
  • Prepare correspondence or packages for both internal and external mailing.
  • Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Assist other team members with related duties as required to meet departmental goals.
  • Verify data integrity and resolve routine discrepancies using established guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required — this is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals.
  • Required Software and Tools: Proficiency with standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and copiers. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
