About the Job We are seeking a Contracts & Compliance Intern to support our Global Account Management Team with the opportunity to get hands-on experience in contract operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for various projects and initiatives in which you will be encouraged to be creative to level up the contract renewal process for existing Taulia clients, including high-profile clients. You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and organization with legal and regulatory requirements. Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Current university student or recent graduate of a BS/MS/Ph.D university program in Law, Business, Public Administration, Management & Leadership, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with legal language and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Drive.
  • An open mind with creative ideas for future initiatives to improve contracting process and record keeping.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
  • You have an inquisitive mind and frequently ask yourself how you can improve things.

Nice to Have

  • Project management skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of regulatory compliance.

Internship Details

  • Start Date: Around the end of May or the beginning of June
  • Application Deadline: April 28, 2023
  • Length of Internship: 6 months
  • Monday - Friday: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: $25 per hour (set rate)
  • Location: Remote - US, Central & East Coast preferably

Internship Process

  • 30-minute - Phone Screen with Recruiter
  • 30-minute - Hiring Manager Interview
  • 30-minute - Final Interview | Cultural Interview with members of the team
