Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing predictive models and metrics to proactively identify ACS setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS teams
• Investigating asset utilization and identifying more efficient arrangements
• Reporting on the execution of asset arranging drives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ACS asset arranging
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining complex reports and investigations
• Presenting findings to senior leaders, including OAP and specialty unit leaders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and project management
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive business results

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with MS Office is required
• A strong focus on well-being and safety, both personally and professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
