THE ROLE We are seeking driven, self-motivated Business Development Executive professionals to join our expanding team across all 50 states. This is an independent opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You own your schedule, your territory, and your income. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Consult with individuals and families to assess their financial protection needs
  • Present tailored solutions that genuinely protect what matters most to your clients
  • Build and manage your own client pipeline using our proven prospecting system
  • Conduct virtual consultations and deliver recommendations with confidence
  • Follow up with warm leads provided through our system
  • Maintain client relationships for long-term book-of-business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training, team calls, and mentorship sessions

COMPENSATION

  • Commission-based earnings: $80,000 – $300,000+/yr
  • No income cap — your effort determines your outcome
  • Performance bonuses and incentive trips for top performers
  • Residual income potential as your book of business grows

  • Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, finance, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Relevant state license required OR willingness to obtain (we provide full guidance and support)
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
