Based at our Pittsburgh office, this role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with our Sales Department and delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with accurate and timely pricing and delivery information
  • Creating and processing customer quotations and orders in our ERP system (IFS)
  • Sending customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Expediting customer orders and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with the Sales Department to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient computer experience, with knowledge of ERP systems (IFS) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Experience working with international customers is a plus
