What To ExpectTesla has an outstanding opportunity available for a Fire and Emergency Services Team Supervisor. The Fire and Emergency Services Team Supervisor has the responsibility of responding to and mitigating emergency events within Tesla Facilities throughout Bay Area in accordance with local, state, county and national standards and industry best practices. The Fire and Emergency Services Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading, managing and promoting the development, mentoring, and training of Fire and Emergency Services Team members which they are assigned. The Fire and Emergency Services Team Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring training, scheduling, staffing, and resource needs are met. The Fire and Emergency Services Team Supervisor will serve within the Incident Command System as required and interface as needed with local supporting response agencies.What You'll Do
