[Remote] Home Buying Concierge
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veterans United Home Loans is dedicated to helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. As a Home Buying Concierge, you will support borrowers through their homebuying journey by managing moving logistics and collaborating with teams to provide necessary services, ensuring a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
- Building connections with borrowers (mostly by phone, voicemail, or text) to educate and assist them with the moving process—overall, taking stress off their plate and getting them excited about the homebuying journey!
- Partnering with teams across the company and external providers to get borrowers the products and services they need
- Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture

- Background in sales, customer service, or roles that require juggling multiple priorities
- Translatable skills and relevant expertise
