Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a frontline representative, engaging with customers to provide solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and mail delivery timelines
  • Assisting customers with mail tracking, lost items, and service complaints
  • Resolving customer concerns professionally while adhering to arenaflex protocols
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of service issues
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Processing postage transactions and handling billing or refund requests when required

Key Performance Indicators:

* Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through effective issue resolution and communication

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service quality and efficiency
