As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live messaging, helping them with order updates, billing questions, subscription settings, and product access. What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live customer inquiries in a web-based chat platform
- Troubleshooting login problems, billing issues, or promo code concerns
- Following prewritten workflows and response templates for consistency
- Tagging, logging, and summarizing each resolved conversation
- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 agents for resolution
- Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all text-based interactions
