Sales Manager - Wind Industry (LATAM)

ONYX Insight is expanding across Latin America and is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive growth in the wind energy sector across the region.

What you’ll do

  • Support the execution of the commercial strategy across LATAM markets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with utilities, operators, OEMs, IPPs, and investors
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline across multiple countries
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
  • Represent ONYX Insight at industry events, including conferences and exhibitions, to generate leads and strengthen market presence
  • Prepare and present high-quality customer account management plans
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
  • Monitor market trends and position ONYX Insight as a trusted, strategic partner

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial management of clients within the wind energy sector in LATAM, preferably in engineering, maintenance, or monitoring services
  • Strong technical knowledge (wind asset performance, monitoring, maintenance is a strong plus)
  • Established network across Latin American markets
  • Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English and Spanish
  • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and commercially sharp
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country sales cycles
  • Availability and willingness to travel across the region
