Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Troubleshooting problems, guiding users through our platforms, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided instructions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
