Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator – Typing at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
- Navigating multiple computer systems and applications to complete tasks efficiently
- Documenting each contact in a database to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience OR
- Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience OR
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance
- Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
- Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
- Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm) Monday through Friday, based on business needs
