About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met. You'll be responsible for managing the customer onboarding process, resolving issues, and updating renewal opportunities. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our operations team to support product assembly and updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer onboarding process and activities

  • Serve as first line of support for all customer issues
  • Update and confirm all renewal opportunities
  • Ship customer orders out weekly
  • Support operations with product assembly and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Experience in customer support and client services, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat support
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
