Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk or Document Specialist and Salesforce Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Converting contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system
  • Utilizing Salesforce to extract, format, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
  • Maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and uploading documents
  • Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or a combination of an active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
